Film and book coming Winter 2022 - The Last Forests Project is devoted to the documentation and preservation of the last great underwater kelp forests in Northern California and around the world. Our mission is to be the eyes and voice for the forests that we cannot see fall, and create a feature length film and photo anthology to document the beauty of kelp forest ecosystems. Our film covering the loss of bull kelp in Northern California will be released in Winter 2022. We hope to inspire change in our coastal communities, and create a legacy of ocean activism.
